We strive to provide the best possible service and maintenance and always look for ways we can enhance our support further. We offer all customers flexible service contracts tailored to suit their business needs plus general servicing, spare parts and bespoke training.
At Total Pack our standard hours for service and aftercare support are 9:00am to 6pm Monday to Saturday.
During those hours our experienced office based Service Team is on hand to assist with the identification of part numbers, provision of machine manuals and ordering of certified Total Pack spare parts. They can also arrange for engineers to attend your site for service work or to assist with breakdowns.
We also provide complementary technical support service during our standard hours which allows service contract holders to obtain advice and support through a telephone consultation with one of our skilled engineers.
